Prices are based on single or double occupancy and includes a full country breakfast. Sales tax is not included in nightly rates.
A deposit of one nights room and tax is required for your reservation.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and checks.
Check
in times are from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. Please make arrangements if these times do not meet
your travel schedule.
All rooms are subject to a 7% sales tax and 6% occupancy tax.
Guests are financially responsible
for their entire reservation, unless cancellations or changes are made at least 14 days or more in advance . A
non-refundable minimum of one night's deposit or a 50% deposit of all nights reserved will be charged to the credit card provided
at the time of reservation. A 14 day cancellation notice is required to receive your depoist refund less the $35.00 book keeping
fee. A minimum bookkeeping cancellation fee of $35.00 per room, per night applies to cancellations at any time, for any reason.
Early departure falls within the cancellation policy, there are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat
a partial cancellation, as a cancellation for the entire stay.
